To enter a St. Croix Navhda Test.  Click on the month you would like to run above.  Follow the prompts to pay online.  Make your payment.  Fill out the test entry form and email it to the test secretary for that month.  Checks and snail mail entries will not be accepted.  Be sure your entry is filled out completely. www.navhda.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/TEST-ENTRY-FORM-2023-0225.pdf

The test secretary's are busy people as well with full time jobs of their own.  Please be patient with communications from them.  They will respond when they can.  They are test secretary not your personal secretary so be sure to have all your info on your entry.  They will not be accepting incomplete entries for any reason.

Tests will be held at Kelley Farms, Hugo MN.

  We are only able to take online payments for test entries.  To access the online payment info click on the testing link above or click on the month to the left. Then pick the month you plan on running.  Scroll down to the drop down open it and pick the payment option that fits your needs.

​TEST REFUND POLICY: If you wish to withdraw from our test after you have been given a spot.  You may withdraw 21 days prior to the first day of the test and receive a refund minus a $30.00 filing fee.  If you choose to withdraw inside of 21 days from the first day of the test no refund will be given.
